For domain names under ICANN’s sponsorship, MintMunk is required to confirm the validity of the email address of the owner’s contact handle. It's important to make sure you are using a valid email address since you can't change it, and you will be required to confirm it. MintMunk does not issue domain refunds. If for some reason, you don't validate your contact email address within the 15-day period, your custom domain name will be suspended. In this case, we will issue a refund.
